Well boils and ghouls, the Barrow-Wight is usually an intensely private person. However, I thought I’d let all you know that come here for your daily dose of darkness that I’ll be in and out for the next few days. My father passed away yesterday so, obviously, my posts will be hit or miss as I attend to the usual details of taking care of a person’s estate. In his memory I would like to post a couple of links that have nothing to do with Halloween. Thanks for your indulgence.
The Alzheimer’s Association
The Diabetes Association
U.S. Merchant Marine Academy
The Railroaders Memorial Museum
I will announce the contest winner on Sunday.

Hey Patrick,
I’m so sorry to hear of your father’s passing. Take all the time you need, we’ll be here when you get back.
Thanks for the links. I was actually in need of a good diabetes website to look at.
Take care!

So sorry for your loss. May your grandfather find peace, any you as well.
sorry to read the loss of your father. It sounds like a difficult time for yourself – take care of yourself.
I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I have been visiting your blog from time to time. My heart goes out to you and your family.
Hey Pat, I know I haven’t kept in touch, but I found your site tonight, Googling. I’m really sorry to hear about your dad. My thoughts go out to you, Larry, and the rest of your family.
Trey,
Good to hear from you. As fate would have it I just happened to be on Mud Bridge Road in a little place called Enon Valley this past week. As I passed a particular farmhouse I looked for both sheep and ghosts. I saw neither. No ghosts of sheep either.
Drop me an email if you feel like it and let me know how the McMahon clan is doing. Use the email listed on my contact page – I promise to keep my responses less verbose.
