Arizona Halloween and Special Effects Association
Here’s another fantastic Halloween blog you all should point your browsers toward. Spotted on HauntProject.com, the Arizona Halloween and Special Effects Association is a group of Arizona haunters, (growing daily) that is basically a prop making club at present. They do plan, from their description to:
intend to create a larger public awareness of home, semi-pro and pro haunters here in the great state of Arizona. We will be holding monthly/bimonthly make and takes, as well as several public charitable events such as “Zombie walk” blood drives, “Death and Taxes” party (Every April 15th), a “Pain-cake” breakfasts/blood drives and eventually a traveling/mobile haunt. (To be used for school/scout carnivals and other such events.) We hope that with in several years time a “South Western Haunting Convention” can be created around some if not most of these events…
Even if you don’t live in Arizona, their blog is definitely worth checking out. It looks like they have regular posts and discuss with the same fervent pleasure that I do plenty of how-tos like this one on a 55 gallon fog chiller that I just have to make. I can’t wait to see these guys grow. In my honest opinion I’d like to see more blogs like this floating around the web instead of the usual slurry of business marketing or Christian mommy blogs that make me want to hurl.
