If It’s Tuesday It Must Be New DVD Day for May 6th, 2008

This week’s DVD fare is a bit slim, but it does contain a few gems. Amongst them is a cult classic from 1977 called “The Car” starring James Brolin about a car terrorizing a town that is driven by the Devil. Doubtless you’ve see it on television on a Saturday afternoon, but this latest release has been cleaned up a bit from what I understand.

Also in the list this week is a film about the “Mortally Challenged” called “Zombies Anonymous”, and one I mentioned last year called “Teeth” about a young woman discovering her . . . ahem, “anatomy” differs from other girls. The latter of these two movies is surely every guy’s nightmare. How can I put it delicately? Yeah, OK, she has teeth in her va-jay-jay as Oprah would call it (please don’t ask how I know what Oprah calls a woman’s naughty bits).
