I thought I’d give a shout out to one of my favorite haunts – Hundred Acres Manor in South Park, PA (near Pittsburgh). This is an amazing charity haunt that has all the feel of an old school neighborhood haunt coupled with state-of-the-art animatronics and huge production value. A hard balancing act that so many haunts try, but fail at. If you’re within driving distance this would be a great weekend to hit it. Check out my review from last year.
This would be a good Halloween family activity, and 13$ sounds more than fair. However I don’t live too close to the “Hundred Acres Manor”. But I guess I could always plan ahead next Halloween.
