So are you sick to death of all the usual crap being slushed and slurried out of the publishing mills these days. I mean – yeah, I joined the Mormon vampire cult and read the Twilight series – but do you really think Stephenie Meyer or Stephen King need more money? Why not give a smaller press, and their even harder working authors, a shot and you might just be totally fucking surprised at what you’ll find.
Case in point: Library of the Living Dead. This small press has some of the best zombie fiction going today and you’ve probably never heard of it. I’ve done the work and listed a few of their titles below. Right now you can only get them from Amazon, but I know your bookstore – OK maybe not the Mega Barnes & Ignoble type because they just don’t give a rat’s ass if they can’t make a gazillion bucks – can order these titles. Either way, use the links below or search for them on Amazon yourself and enjoy a little rotting, putrid flesh in your summer beach reading bag.
